I. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions for the use of the platform and services are established by the company "Sofia Transfer Technology" (hereinafter referred to as the "Company", "we", "us"), which operates the web platform under the brand name "Sofia Transfer Technology". Through the Platform, passengers and tourists make reservations for transportation services, which are carried out by our own professional drivers. By using the Platform, you declare that you have reviewed, understood, and unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions.

II. Conditions for Providing Transportation Services

1. Description of Transportation Services
1.1. Reserving a transportation service through the Platform means that our driver will meet you and execute your transfer (airports, railway stations, bus stations, ports, city destinations, and excursions).
1.2. The Company organizes and performs transportation services using its own vehicles and drivers, ensuring a high quality of service.

2. Transportation Service Policies

3.1. Payment, Currency, and Refund Policy
All prices and payments through the Platform are made exclusively in Euros (EUR).
Available payment methods: online via the secure Stripe system (credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay), via Revolut, as well as direct cash payment to the driver.
When paying in cash to the driver, the passenger must have the exact amount or banknotes with a reasonable denomination with respect to the driver's available change fund.
Upon issuing refunds (for lawful cancellations), funds are returned via the same payment method used for the transaction (via Stripe, Revolut, or otherwise), with applicable processing fees of the respective payment processor potentially retained for online transactions (if applicable). Cash payments or direct Revolut transfers do not incur administrative refund fees.

3.2. Passenger Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a request up to 3 days (72 hours) before the transfer time: The full amount is refunded, excluding any administrative and banking fees of the payment processor (for Stripe payments).
Cancellation up to 2 days (48 hours) before the transfer time: 50% of the transfer value is refunded, minus payment processor fees (for Stripe payments).
Cancellation under 24 hours before the transfer time: The amount is non-refundable (100% cancellation fee).

3.3. Booking Modification Policy
You can request a change to the booking details up to 12 hours before the scheduled time. Changes are approved subject to vehicle availability.

3.4. Free Waiting Time, Flight Tracking, and Data Accuracy
Our driver will wait for you at the meeting point, providing the following free waiting times:
Airport: 45 minutes (starting from the actual landing time of the flight, provided a correct flight number was submitted).
Railway stations, bus stations, and ports: 20 minutes.
Addresses, hotels, and other points: 15 minutes.

Flight Delays and Schedule Conflict: For airport transfers, the Company tracks flight schedules. If the flight is delayed by up to 3 hours, the driver adjusts to the new landing time. If the flight delay exceeds 3 hours, given the commitment of the pre-determined company schedule and subsequent rides, the Company cannot guarantee the execution of the transfer at the new time. In this case, the service is terminated due to objective circumstances beyond the Company's control, the amount is subject to review or refund as agreed, and the passenger must seek compensation for the delay directly from the airline.

Responsibility for Incorrect Data: The responsibility for providing correct data (flight number, date, time, exact pickup address from a hotel or other point) rests entirely with the passenger. If the specified address or flight details turn out to be incorrect/invalid and therefore the driver cannot locate the client on-site, the transfer is treated as a No-Show and the amount is non-refundable.

3.5. Extra Waiting Time Policy
If you require additional waiting time beyond the free window (and the driver's schedule permits), the following fees are charged for every started 15 minutes:
For the category of 1 to 3 passengers: 6 EUR / 15 min.
For the category of 4 to 6 passengers: 9 EUR / 15 min.
For the category of 7 to 8 passengers (or groups requiring more than one vehicle, e.g., 2 minibuses for 16 passengers): 12 EUR / 15 min. (respectively multiplied by the number of engaged vehicles).

3.6. Passenger No-Show Policy
If the passenger fails to appear at the meeting point by the end of the free waiting time or if incorrect address/pickup data was provided (in the absence of an airline-fault flight delay), the reservation is marked as a No-Show and the amount is not refunded.

3.7. Communication and Consent for Contact
By making a reservation, the Passenger explicitly agrees that the provided mobile phone number and data will be used by the Company and the driver for operational communication via phone calls, SMS, or messaging applications (Viber, WhatsApp) for the purpose of successfully coordinating the meeting at the pickup location.

3.8. Luggage Policy and Transportation Requirements
Each passenger is entitled to standard luggage (suitcase/bag up to 25 kg) and hand luggage up to 10 kg.
All bulky or non-standard items – including bicycles (in special transport bags), ski equipment, snowboards, baby strollers, sports equipment, musical instruments, and bulky bags – must be explicitly declared at the time of booking.
In the event of arrival with undeclared oversized luggage or equipment (such as bicycles in bags, skis, and snowboards) that cannot be safely accommodated in the requested vehicle class relative to the number of passengers, the driver has the right to refuse the trip without the right to a refund or to assist in dispatching an additional car at the client's expense.

Child Seats: If passengers are traveling with children, they are obliged to declare their number and age in advance upon booking so that the appropriate legally required child seats/boosters can be provided. In case of arrival without prior booking, if the law prohibits transport without them, the driver has the right to refuse the service without a refund.

3.9. Passenger Conduct inside the Vehicle
Passengers are required to maintain good behavior, adhere to the smoking ban (including electronic cigarettes), and the prohibition of alcohol/substance consumption inside the Company's vehicles. The driver has the right to immediately terminate the transfer without the right to a refund if a passenger exhibits aggressive behavior, intentionally damages the interior, or endangers driving safety.

III. Limitation of Liability and Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for delays, non-performance, or changes to the transfer caused by force majeure – including severe weather conditions, natural disasters, major road accidents, official strikes, road blockades, or regulations issued by state authorities.

The Company and its drivers are not responsible for personal belongings, documents, or luggage left behind by passengers in the vehicles after the completion of the transfer.

IV. Intellectual Property and Data Protection

All texts, logos, images, software solutions, and design of the Platform are the exclusive property of "Sofia Transfer Technology". Their copying, reproduction, distribution, or use for any commercial or competitive purposes without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.

Users' personal data (names, phone number, email, flight details) are collected and processed strictly in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and are used solely for the administration and execution of the requested transportation services.
